1995 4Runner Suspention issues

I just bought my first 1995 4runner today and it ha some serious suspension issues on the freway it feels pretty rough and when you slow down the whole front end shakes but not like warped rotors. I am going to jack it up tomorrow and look at it, is ther anything typical suspension problems they have? it has
164k on it

There's no real common problem.
Check all the front end suspension and steering parts.

Don't forget the wheel bearings, shocks,even tire wear.
