1996 4runner rear sagging when towing / loaded down

I want to increase the weight my 1996 4runner can haul be it tongue weight of a trailer or a rear bumper / dirt bike ski before the rear sags and just squats.

I replaced the stock coil with an OMU set of stock replacements ( I already forgot the part number ) I towed my little utility trailer with it loaded and the spring seemed have sagged already. I do have old worn out bilstein shocks in it currently.

It is a trail rig / desert toy for my family but I want it to work decent, I also need it to not sag when the utility trailer is attached to it.

I have thought about putting leaf springs under it like a set of 62" from Deaver and just fabricate a hanger and use a total Chaos shackle and then put some good shocks under it as well plus bump stops but that more money AND time then I probably want to invest.

anyone ever put airbags in the rear? or will the taller OME spring and better shocks actually help me out? Plan is to put the ICON shocks under it before the end of the year.
