1996 SR5 options

Have only seen pictures of a 1996 T4R SR5 I might be interested in buying. It does not have roof rails, fender flares or running boards. Were them options or possibly this is not an SR5? Any source for info on standards and options for 1996 T4R? My 1998 SR5 has roof rails, boards, flares, power windows, locks and 16 inch wheels. Thanks

My 96 SR5 has/had the same as your 98 except chrome trim rather than flares.
