No matter what anyone says ,nothing bolt on is going to turn your crank enough to even bother with it . It might 'feel' better but........

I really don't want to get into this debate...but don't hold your breath for 7hp from doing the deckplate mod. The only real why to gain any significant Hp from the 3.4 is to add a supercharger...EVERYTHING else will just show minimal gains at best!

ive not done it nor will i but the gain in power is a gain in power. Chipping it and a borla exhaust will add a lot of POWER.

or you could always drop a 350 in there and get a mullet....:guitar2:

Yeah supercharger is basically it. You could do litle nitpick shit like CAI and exhaust but the 4runners arent rockets and thats pretty much the bottom line.
