1998 4Runner Cladding Removal

So I've recently come across a '98 4Runner that meets nearly every criteria, and looks amazing! The only thing it has that I'm not a fan of is the cladding..

The question I have is, should I continue to wait for a 4Runner that matches every aspect (which could take a while), or would it be worth it to get this one, remove the cladding and personally/pay to have the holes patched?

Note that this vehicle only has 130K miles, no rust, garage kept, and only has had two owners, which IMO is pretty hard to come by.

Not a T4R expert by any means so no advice re. cladding removal.
But in general and after looking at the pic, if the price is right you better buy that one cladding or no. The newest 3rd Gen is 17 model years old and low-mileage units are getting harder to come by.
Buy it and remove the cladding if it bothers you or drive it until another unclad one comes up for sale. You won't have trouble selling it.
Unless, of course, the price or something else is out of line.
Just my opinion.

I personally like the cladding and I agree with [MENTION=288956]ewingeric[/MENTION].

Take the cladding off and there will be lots of holes to fill.

Take the cladding off and many more trucks and cars will now be able to ding a substantial part of your doors.

I'd pick something else to change but that's me.... :cowboy:

just have the cladding painted to match the body. much cheaper. personally i wouldn't let the cladding stop me from buying a near perfect, low miles runner.

I don't like the cladding either, maybe paint them black? Tone it down some.
