1998 clock & windshield wiper fluid not working?

Hello,

Recently I purchased off Bring a Trailer.com a beautiful 1998 Toyota 4 Runner with just 104,000 miles. Anyway, both the clock and windshield wiper fluid do not work and I was wondering if this might have something to do with the fuses. If anyone has any thoughts on this I would appreciate hearing from you, thanks!

Do a search, the clocks on these always fail. Not sure what your other problem is but I’m sure google does.

Two separate cases. The clock goes bad and based on your location, maybe your washer fluid is frozen.

The clock can sometimes be fixed by resoldering the board. It's all mine needed.

Look at the bottom of the washer fluid tank and see what the condition of the pumps look like. Mines had the debris cover broken and a rock hit the rear pump.

Furthermore, you can then boast you valued your 4Runner so much that you sent its clock all the way to Moscow for repair.
