1999 4runner, Can someone explain the steps to change the rear axle seals

I had noticed that my braking seemed to be kinda weak in the last few months and getting worse. Getting harder to stop quickly and had to really press the brake pedal hard.
After doing some test braking in gravel I saw my rears were not stopping.
I pulled off the rear drums and found gear oil dripping everywhere.
My Question: What are the steps to change the rear seals. I have changed seals in a suburban before but not at all sure how to in a 4runner, If I noticed right even the diff does not have a removable back cover like the suburban.
I really need some good steps as this is my only vehicle and my only wat to get to work, I would like to do this myself and do it as fast as I can. If someone could give me a breakdown of the procedure that would be greatly appreciated.

Having just gone through this, make sure that you don't overfill the diff, and that the breather still functions properly. I overfilled my diff and it blew the seal just days after I replaced it. The reason I overfilled it was because I filled it when it was on jack stands high in the air. It affects the amount of fluid you can put it in. Be sure to fill the diff (assuming you even need to) when the car is level.
