1999 4Runner misfires/hesitates

Alright, I hate to start another thread on this issue but I don't want to hijack someone's problem.

I have a 1999 Runner with 215,000 miles on it.

Things that have already been done.
Timing and water pump about 50K miles ago.
Replaced TPS last month because of CEL code that came up

Now I'm getting no codes coming up and no CEL. That's the most frustrating part.

Just in the last week:
Started with Fuel Filter
Then Plugs
Then Wires
Cleaned MAF

It started out a week or so ago misfiring and hesitating around 2500 rpm's. I replaced the fuel filter and plugs and it fixed the problem for about 4 days.

Now it started hesitating when I hit the gas from a stop but once up to speed, no problems at all. Last night I replaced the wires and cleaned the MAF and now it's running worse. This morning it almost dies while idling but never does.

I'm not sure where to go from here. Fuel Pump, FPR, CAT, Coils, Injectors, vacuum leak?

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Don't believe it's a vacuum problem.

Yea I think I went over those wires way too many times.

I finally gave up this morning and took it to The Toy Shop in Denver. They diagnosed it for me and my 3rd Coil was bad. It wasn't bad enough to throw a code unfortunately.

The guys at The Toy Shop are really great. Got me in same day and fixed it 5 hours later. Would highly recommend if anybody needs an alternative to the dealer.
