1999 Headlights Used Reno NV $50

Hey everyone, got both headlights to a 1999 3rd gen. Both have peeling reflective tape, the passenger side is only slightly peeling while the drivers side is jumping ship. Pics tell the story, fixable but a bit of a PITA. That being said, they are OEM as far as I know.

I can't really tell in that picture, but is that tape on the lower part of the light that is visible? Like the outside right above where the paint is??

No this is inside the glass. There is a reflective tape that peels off.

I think I misunderstood your question. The tape IS above the lower side where the paint is but it is inside the glass of the headlight. Circled here in red.
