Thank you! I thought the gray would be better than black. Black would be out of place.

Yeah I know what you mean. Sometimes black works really well and other times it looks totally out of place.
If you ever get the itch to go black you can always just plastidip them so its reversible :dance:

So I have everything I need for my light bar all the way down to the wiring diagram except the actual light bar. I ordered it off of Amazon and it is one that has white and Amber options without a remote. I did not want a remote and only wanted to have a switch inside the vehicle. Now I know was curious as to why my tracking number wasn't working and asked if I could get a new or updated one and I got this whole story about how the light bar was new, went through quality control, took 2 days off for celebration of the company, item was damaged in transit and they were sending me a new one. That worries me a bit but hopefully since I bought it on Amazon I will have some buyer protection. That is my update for now. I will try and remember to document my install for all.

Tundra Brake Upgrade
So I want to do the Tundra Brake Upgrade but I have some roadblocks to get through first.
1. When I bought my car my parents agreed to pay for any repairs. Then I started modding it and they said they would only pay for stock repairs. So they are only willing to pay as much as stock would be.
2. Our mechanic, a good friend and works at a dealership says that I shouldn't do it because it costs way too much and it isn't worth it to put that kind of money into my truck. I have 192500 miles currently.
3. I could it the upgrade myself but I don't have the correct tools or know or want to bleed the brakes.
WHAT DO I DO?

I bought it off of amazon. It wasn't a cheap one though. It has special powers.
Plus 3 strobe options for each color controlled by a remote.

Thanks a lot man. I've been told that by my family and friends. I just haven't had the time. Being in high school and playing a sport doesn't leave too much time to get into a project.

Hey your truck looks great. I was thinking about getting the 3" rough country lift for my T4R, that is the lift you are running on this right? If it is how do you like it and would you recommend it for someone like me who won't be doing much if any off-roading? thanks

I would highly recommend it if you aren't going to be doing much off-roading. I run some snowmobile trails in the summer and it rides great. If you're wanting to get into more off-roading I'd say go something a little more expensive but the Rough Country works great for what I do.
