Good find! I did not know they were making this. IMO you would need to strip out the rear and drill some drain holes if you were using it long term. The "model" wearing it appears to have bed liner in the rear. The maker, Killer Toy Tops was bought out from the Canadian manufacturer to a guy in FL. They have a good reputation but I think it's a pretty small operation.
 
True, I wasn't thinking about the rain on seats and carpet for those that still have those.

Mine has no rear seats, carpet removed and is bed lined. I just need to close up the side panels.
