1st Gen Cab wiring harness

Hello,
I've got a 1st gen SR5 4runner, that I want to pull the cab wiring harness. What is the best way to do this?
The one thing it doesn't have are the electric windows, but it does have;
power mirrors
power antenna
rear speakers
cruise control
map light
rear heater

Any ideas? Any and all help is appreciated.

Why would you want to pull a harness? You mean you have a donor vehicle?

...What is the best way to do this?

With a few simple tools and do it cleanly. AND label all connectors. Once you pull out the side panels you'll see how easy/simple it would be.
