1st gen center console

I am building a custom center console out of fiberglass this weekend and I am looking for ideas for the build.. I know it needs cup holders and a 12volt plug. What would you like to have built into a custom console?

I have tons of this stuff at work. How do you think it would do for sound dampening?

no it would not make a good sound dampener.
the foam you have there packing foam it is open foam the pores in the foam are big compared to sound dampening foam which has very small pores.
you can buy sound foam cheap in small amounts from amazon.

as far as center counsels go a lock is always good but fiberglass would be easy to break and run.
