What are some cheap bolt on mods to get some extra power out of A 22re?

Cheap? A header, although a good one isn't that cheap. A bit more expensive, a different cam and/or ported top end. All the fancy, cheap air intakes won't do a thing.
Long and short, there isn't too much that you can do that's actually what I would call "cheap".
