I have a completely rebuilt 1st Gen gray TRD Supercharger for sale. I replaced all of the bearings and seals (nose cone bearings and seal, rotor pack bearings and seals, rear needle bearings and coupler). I have also tapped the nose cone and added a fill/drain port to the top of the nose cone to allow easy fluid changes. It will come with all the install parts and your choice of the auto trans or manual/drive by wire throttle bracket.
I only have the static tensioner for this SC, but can get a dynamic for $150 more if you want. The static tensioner worked great for me, just took a bit more fine tuning when installing the SC, but worked perfect once installed.
Items you'll need to install that are not provided:
TRD AIC Check Valve: TRD Replacement Check Valve - One Way (3.4 V6 S/C) PTR26-35042
TRD Throttle Body Gasket: Replacement Throttle Body Gasket TRD PTR29-60030
Manifold Gasket: 2000 Toyota 4Runner Parts - Toyota Part Sales of Toyota of Dallas
Air Tubing and T's: Found at any auto parts store (I can give you an idea of the size and lengths of the tubing)
TRD Belt: TRD Supercharger Belt - V6 3.4L PTR30-35040 I have an extra used one, but it's best to start with new.
Spark Plugs: Denso IK22's or equivalent (I can include two brand new IK22's with the sale)
I can get the missing items, but the price will go up to account for those.
I just finished the rebuild last night and will be installing it tonight to test the SC out before shipping to the buyer, so it will be available after this weekend for anyone interested.
Looking to get $1800 with the static tensioner and $1950 with the dynamic tensioner. Item is located in Santa Cruz, CA.
