1st Gen Hard Top/Canopy Seal Adhesive

Putting Hard Top/Canopy back on soon.
Noticed the seam which sits behind drivers side is peeling off...

Any adhesive or anything in particular you guys recommend to stick it back on?
I was thinking maybe silicone?

Where is that on the side that mattes with the cab in front of a side sliding window? Black rtv silicone. Sealant and adhesive, flexible.
