I had this issue with the 87 I owned and the 88, I recently acquired. Push the headlight lever forward and total darkness!!! Must be a relay or something, unless it's the headlight,wiper switch. When I bought the 88, it came with an extra multi-switch. I noticed the steering wheel did not appear to be stock, so I wonder if the switch is not stock and the previous owner had bought the extra switch for that reason.
Does anyone know the part # for the 88 multi-switch? Location of high-beam relay?
One more ?. I also got a bored and polished throttle body with the 88. I recall it micing it at 61.5 mm. Anyone know the stock bore?
