My soft top from softopper just arrived form fed-ex and can't wait for spring/summer to arrive. Picked up a full set of rancho shocks today and will be adding another 1" or so to the 3" body lift currently on the runner. Busy week or so but very happy.

Runner was purchased with the 3" lift already done, so just decided to get the last 1" or so out of it and the shocks really needed to be replaced. The rancho RS-5000 were on sale and saved about $15 each plus the steering stabilizer. Not a serious off-roader and this is the first 4-runner and toyota that I have owned. Def open to ideas and value opinions. Thanks.
If it were me, I would take off the body lift and use a suspension lift. I don't think that body lifts are very safe, especially a 4: body lift. That's a LOT of leverage on your body mounts and hardware during body roll. Not to mention if you hit something. You can get about 2-3 inches of actual suspension lift by using ball joint spacers and an add a leaf in the rear. You'll get actual ground clearance that way and it's a better lift. Do a search here and on yotatech.

here is a picture of my 85 4runner sr5 ,22re, paint is white , 5speed , brown interior , 225-75-15 tires , has electric windows and cruise control, its 100% stock but it doesn't have sun roof . thanks

I put these in my build thread but I figured they should probably be here too
very nice, how quiet is that soft top at 65 mph ,did you notice better gas millage and acceleration , because its lighter than the fiberglass top . I was maybe thinking of getting one
