2.5 or 3 inch lift with 265/70

I'm looking to lift my 99 4runner. I want to put a 2.5 inch daystar lift and 265/70 hankook MTs, but I am scared that the tires will look too small.
I would just put 285/75s but i have a 4 cylinder and I think it will be very difficult to push that big of a tire.
So if anyone has any advice or pictures of a similar set up please post.

I dont think it will look bad at all. Maybe a little small, but I think it will still look great.

The hankook 265s are 32/10.5, so i think they should look fine.

okay mine has 265/75's can you fit those without a lift on a97' limited? i bought it used with those tires so i'm not sure if the previous owner put one on there or not...

Yes. 265/75 will fit on a stock 4runner.

And the old man part of the name kinda freaked me out. It just dosent sound good. But after I found out its ARB's suspension company I was okay with it. They seem to ride good on the rear of mine
