This pulley is brand new and made by TRD. If you have a SC on your 3.4L engine and are experiencing some pinging or knocking when gassing it up grades in high gear, this will solve your problem. You will not notice any power loss, just the lack of pinging. It's the one cheap way to eliminate your pinging and running lean problem....or you can spend upwards of $1,500. and get the upgrade kit. This is a simple and cheap fix you can do in a few minutes. You will also notice better mpg because you won't have to keep down shifting or taking the OD off when the pinging starts.
