can't believe you think he is actually serious. actually, now that you mention it, scrap plywood body lifts are the new thing. lightweight and very affordable. he was lifting the body off of the frame. there is a 2uz V8 going under that bonnet

I like the piece of wood sticking out the rear driver's side...It is probably going to catch on something off-road though. You might want to shorten it a little

Heck yeah. I'm about to do a 30" lift using a whole bunch of door shims I had lying around.

Im thinking of doing a magnet lift of my 4runner soon. Thats where you put powerful magnets on the frame and on the body with the opposing ends facing eachother. So the body just floats above the frame. Its kinds dangerous though cause if you take a turn too fast the entire body will just fly off the frame
