Lift body without using pinch welds

I have a small predicament where my welded-on rock sliders cover the entirety of the pinch welds. I’d like to replace my original body mount bushings but I am not sure the best way to lift the body up at this point.

I am using 4x Innovations sliders so nothing out of the ordinary there.

Thanks everyone in advance!

I found a video where a guy used two pinch welds that are part of the floor. They run perpendicular to the rockers around the b-pillar point. Worked for him it seems.

You could also use a 2x4 to spread the load on the floor boards. That's what I did, and I have the 4x sliders too.

I had just enough room to do two car-style scissor jacks on the front and rear bits of the pinch welds. If you have 2" on each end, you can do that. Otherwise, a block of wood and just inboard of the pinch welds should work (again, two jacks will help spread the load and lift front and back evenly).
