20" Wheels

Any decent alternative to 20 inch rims?

I feel so stupid, so much wasted time, so much money...

Bot a brand new set of FJ rims for my upcoming 4runner. THen after I get them, changed my mind. Dont think it suit me..

Then I bot a BRAND NEW set of 4th gen rims, 18 x 7.5 and backspace may be too much for the 5th (I measured about 5.25").

Then, now I find out the spare wont hold a 275 tire. Damn you toyota, just cant win with this issue.

If anyone interested in brand new set of either let me know. I am taking hit on both of these.

In meantime, i think i will be left no other choice but to either put 275/55 on a 7 inch wide Limited rim, or get the FUEL Guage offroad 20 x 9 and 4.5 inch backset + tpms for about 1600. That is gonna hurt, but it will look sharp and this tire combo will fit spare and wheel well. I am a complete idiot. should of waited till i got my 4runner..

Wheels....

I live in Chicago with Sr5 17's anyone want to swap out for their 20's? I would be willing to meet half way. :lookout:

just outta curiosity, how much would you folks pay for a set of 20 inch rims, i figure at least hmmm

Perfect sr-5 rims for perfect limited rims

I am in Wisconsin and would trade my perfect condition sr-5 17" wheels for the 20" ones if the rims are scratch free too. I have 2800 miles on the tires.

Tell me how much you would take to make a deal. Please PM me.

woops. i sent you a pm. I am sorry for confusion. I dont have my 4runner yet but i have rims for sale - fj rims 17 x 7.5 and 18 x 7.5 4th gen rims. In my stupidity, bot them before my rig and now changing my mind...

20" wheels

Does anyone know of an online source for OEM Toyota wheels? Price through a Toyota dealer is very high and I want to see what other options are available. I'm still looking to trade my Limited 20's with stock SR5 17's if anyone wants to trade this week, but if not I may have to start from scratch. Thanks!

Are you still willing to trade your 20" wheels?? How much mileage do you have on your tires? I have the 17" off a 2010 SR5, and am willing to trade. Possibly go 50/50 on the shipping. Catch is that i live in Hawaii though.

I've received a bunch of e-mails asking about my 20" wheels - thanks for all of them, but they were sold a couple of weeks ago. I still have the OEM tires with 900 miles on them that I would sell for $25 each plus shipping/packing cost at the UPS store if anyone is interested...

Each OEM wheel is usually in the $300~$400 range each from the dealer. They are worth what someone is willing to pay for them, though. ;)

the exact price retail of a limited rim is 533.71 and you can get them online for 378.61. The shipping is about 70 bucks a wheel!

The price for these yes is whatever someone is willing to pay - thats true for anything dont ya know!

people following this thread, as soon as i get my limited and get my new wheels, they are going up for sale.

Trade tires?

Just a question. I'm new to the forum and I'm looking to purchase a 2010 Limited. I notice people wanting to trade their Limited 20" for the SR5's 17". Why would someone want to do thet? Isn't it a downgrade?

The reason that a lot of guys don't like the look of 20's they think its to bling. The so call true offroaders like the a larger sidewall that are better for offroading.
