2000 4runner navigation installed!

I also posted this in the 3rd Gen T4Rs forum but thought I would post here too. Hope it's ok.

I just installed a Camry nav system (from oemvalue.com) into my 4runner and thought I would share some info about the install.

looks great! how well does it do in the 'surround' mode since there's no center speaker? does the voice guidance and beeps still come out of the left front speaker? good job!

Since I just got this unit, I haven't thoroughly run through everything. I read everything in the manual, but nothing is noted about "surround" mode. Since this is not a "true" 4runner nav unit, (separate screen and base unit), perhaps it doesn't feature the surround mode. This is an "all in one" Camry unit. But yes, the voice and beeps do come out of the left front speaker.
