2000 Four Runner with 49900 miles

I am selling my 2000 four runner limited and I am looking for a fair and reasonable price. The four runner currently has 49900 miles and is pristine. Always garage kept. Seen snow less than 5 times in its 20 year history. Clean title and car fax. Lots of accessories (bike rack, ski rack, 3 complete sets of mats and tonneau cover).

Nationwide there are no comparisons given this low mileage and excellent condition. KBB or NADA has little to offer because they emphasize degradation of the value based on the year.

Looking for advice on a value, from a collector's standpoint!!

Here's one from a couple of years ago with 30k miles that sold for $24.5k

You can see every 4runner sold on Bring A Trailer here Toyota 4Runner For Sale - BaT Auctions. You can see a few examples of 3rd gen's that are similar to yours going for pretty good money. It's gotta be pristine and in perfect running order though.
