Hey T4R,
I have decided to sell my 1st gen Toyota Tacoma. I got it to haul dirtbikes, and its just too clean to put it through that type of abuse; I'll be looking for more of a beater. The truck however is near perfect. The 3.4 V6 paired with the manual transmission give plenty of power and its quite fun to drive. It features the TRD package with push button locking rear differential and it rides on almost brand new BFG KO2 offroad tires. The engine runs very well and had the timing belt service just ~30k miles ago. Clutch feels great too! Tested out the 4wd and locker the other day and they performed amazingly; this thing crawled right up the mountain(no wonder people love these 1st gens).
It has 168k miles but you'd hardly know it. California car. Like any 20 year old pickup, it does have a few dings and a small dent. Overall I'd say the body is pretty clean and the paint is great. The bed has some scratches, but then again its a pickup truck. Frame is straight and rust free; some earlier Tacomas faced rust issues, this one did not.
