2001 4Runner rear sag

Hey guys so I noticed my trucks rear was sagging a little. My goal is to stay at stock height without the sag. I heard if I just get oem 01 springs it’ll sag again eventually. I decided to get the 99 coil springs or the ome 906 springs.

So my question is what do you guys recommenced the 99 coils or the ome 906 coils? Would the 906 ome coils look funny if I keep the front coils stock since they give you a 2 inch lift? Thanks guys

Well your ass end will be 2in higher than the front, so I'm gonna take a wild guess and say yes. That's an good amount of rake
If you're just going for stock height, stock weight, nothing special, practically anything will do: when I replaced mine to fix my sagging rear I went with some basic Moogs (front+rear), and despite them actually being slightly weaker than OEM, they've held up totally fine (and actually take weight better than I expected. Just hauled 5 steelies on 33in Falkens today and only sagged maybe 1.5in). Mind you I wouldn't trust Moog for damn near anything else.
That being said all coils will sag with wear, and there doesn't sound like much reason not to shoot for an OEM set. My biggest piece of advice is to read through threads like the Lift FAQ and the like and brush up on as many personal experiences you can. Sometimes it helps to search your question directly on google, as 9/10 times it'll recommend you a t4r.org thread along the lines of what you're asking.

Thanks for the reply, yeah I did do some research before posting but I just wanted to get some more opinions. I’ll probably stick with getting the OEM.

I had 906s in the rear with stock coils in the front, the rake is not bad at all. The 906's definitely rider stiffer than the stock springs but they work awesome if you carry a lot of cargo weight often or if you tow with it (I do both).

Currently I have 99 talls in the front and 906's in the rear and I'm happy with it.

OEM's are pretty strong, I recently carried nearly 1,000# of concrete 24x24 walkstones over rear axle, it dropped less than 1" and of course rides like a dream! So now I carry 100#s of bagged sand in rear for comfort....

I had rear sag on my 97 w/330K miles. Went with OEM springs front and rear and it's perfect for me. Regained it's mojo.

OEM seems like the choice for me, it’s my daily so I would like the ride to be stock as possible. I don’t do much off-roading or anything. Thanks for the help guys.
