2002 ac heater blower

neither the ac or heater will blow on my 2002 4runner. i have changed both the fuse and heater relay with no luck. It looks like the blower motor is easy to replace but i wanted to see if there is a way to test it before doing so? thanks for the help.

You might get more helpful advice if you posted this in the 3rd gen section; 4th gen is 2003-2009.

That being said, you could try unplugging the blower motor and measuring voltage at the connector when you switch it on to determine if it's receiving any power. If it is, the motor is bad. If it's not, there's a problem with a fuse / switch / wiring. Not much, but it's all I've got. Hope that helps.
