My apologies for not being more specific in my post.

I will ship so long as buyer agrees to pay full shipping/handling.

Tires and wheels are currently mounted and balanced. My initial plan was to sell all wheels and tires mounted as a set to one buyer. If this doesn't pan out in the next week or so, I will then consider breaking down tires and wheels.

Call it what you want, it was a legit offer. I ended up getting a set of BFG Rugged Trails for $548 from tirerack. Needed to move quickly, only had 10 days to pass inspection here in PA.
