2002 SR5: What's in the ceiling, behind the sunroof slot?

Does anyone maybe have a picture with the ceiling liner pealed back? I am looking into installing a MaxxFan Deluxe roof fan into my 4runner (to be run off an in-progress dual battery system), and just want to male sure I won't find any major surprises (wiring, etc) in the center of the roof, roughly between the rear headrests.

Thanks for the video! Got a few little glimpses of the roof and I didnt see any wires or anything, so hopefully the only obstacle is those lateral structural supports that I'll probably need to cut through since I dont think the fan will fit between them and the sunroof.
