2002 T4Runner exhaust

Ok, so my catalytic converter in my 2002 4Runner limited sr5 went bad a few weeks ago. I have been doing some research and have been trying to find a cat back system i can bolt on to the new cat once i replace it(plan on doing both at the same time. I am leaning toward a Magnaflow system but it seems that everybody stops making for everything after 2000 year model. So I have a few questions. Hopefully somebody can help. I plan to replace the from two cats with magnaflow cats and want to go magnaflow all the way back.

1) What year model exhaust will fit my 02 4Runner?
Will at 2000 fit without any mods?

2) Does anybody know what Magnaflow system will fit?

3) Am I better off getting all the parts and using my stock pipes?
buying the cats and the muffler and using my stock pipes?

My budget is around 500 but can go up

exhaust difference

The only difference that I know of between the exhausts is the 2001 and 2002 models have the second oxygen sensor downstream. Besides that, I think everything is the same and any good exhaust shop should be able to install the port for the sensor to screw into.
