2003 4runner Cargo Net Installation

I have a 2003 4runner with the double decker system thingy in the back. I got a cargo net for Christmas and they installed it for me, but it doesn't look right and certainly doesn't look useful. Can anyone who owns this accessory tell me how they installed it? Mine is just over the top of the double decker 'shelf' and I can shove things under it but that's about it. At the moment, it's pretty much impossible to use my cargo liner and the Net at the same time.

that's just what it is. it's to keep things from sliding around in the back. i don't have a cargo liner so i find it useful. do you have a cargo liner designed specifically for the double decker system?

Yes, I have the cargo liner for the double decker system. I just figured the cargo net would look more like it did in the pictures I have seen (namely this one : http://toyota.autowebaccessories.com/store/prod385_449_3426.php). I guess it was just misleading.

My 03 came with two cargo nets. One goes vertical right next to the rear hatch and the other fits over the double decker shelf to hold stuff down to the top shelf.

I originally thought they made a mistake and gave me two until I opened it and saw it was different. Both packages looked the same.

I can use the vertical one and the cargo liner at the same time.

oh yea do you have the one for the tailgate? i have both also. i'm assuming you only have the one going over the double deck.

Unfortunately, I guess I only have the one that holds stuff down on the cargo floor.
