2003 4Runner Limited

I JUST bought a 2003 4Runner Limited (woo hoo! love it already!). It has the optional "fold-up shelf" in the cargo area. I was wanting to get a cargo liner for the back so I can haul loads of stuff and not worry about the carpet. I can't imagine wanting to haul anything big and dirty with the "shelf" in the up position, so I think I'm looking for a cargo liner that will fit over the 'shelf' when it is in the down position. Can anyone recommend something like this and perhaps somewhere to buy it?

Someone on ebay has a cargo tray that looks like it'll fit on top of the shelf or sit underneath when the tray is up... appears to "fold" a little:
