2003 4runner sport bearing noise???

Hello all I'm am new to this forum. I have a 2003 4RUNNER Sport only has 77K and is making a "bearing humming " noise while driving. Noise goes away when turning/swerving to the right. Right front inside tire was worn, replaced tires, and had front end alligned. noise was then more noticable because of no tire noise. Jacked up front end and spun each front wheel separately with "wheel spinner" ( old tool from my Grandfathers shop, can spin wheel up to 75 mph with it). Did this with both front wheels, noise still seemed to be from right front. Replaced right front wheel bearing. Noticably bad bearing once off, found scoring and chaffing in bearing race... Installed new brake pads while in there. STILL HAS NOISE !!! Does any one have any ideas?? About to drive me nuts.. Thanks fellow RUNNERS.

You say you replaced the tires in the front. My 03 sport makes a humming noise around 75 but it is due to the tires (sound very close to a hub or bearing). not sure how the wheel spinner works... hope you get this flushed out.

I replaced the left front wheel bearing, noise gone. Found about an inch chunk missing in the outer race. Thanks

Did you guys replace the bearings yourselves? I am having the same noise/issue and am trying to decide between taking it to have it fixed under my extended warranty $100 deductable or do it myself. About what were the costs of the parts and such? Thanks

i had a horrible vibration and noise when my front bearings went bad. After i replaced them my calipers seized and my wheels started to shake. That was my second problem unrelated to the bearings. Also when you pressed the new bearing in, it can be possible they are too tight or they got damaged. Also are they a good set or cheap replacements. The first time i did mine i replaced them with cheap bearings and they were bad within a year.
The second set rang up around 350 for both. Going on 40k and 2 winters with no problems. I also replaced my cv's at the same time.
My only problem now is my uca bushings just went bad and i have the dreaded stop and go clunk. Mine you my 4 runner has hit 130k this week, and is driven in salty winters every year.
