2003 Limited Suspension Issues HELP!

I am new to the forum and looking forward to being on here.

I have a 2003 Limited 4.7 with the XREAS set up and would like to convert to OEM Gas shocks/struts. Can I do this with just a swap or will they not be able to swap the system out? Truck does massive noes dive when stopping and lots of wheel hop on road bumps.

There are much better options than stock suspension out there. Such as Bilstein 5100 shocks, FJ coils, etc. It will be a direct swap over, but I suggest posting future questions in the 4th gen section for better feedback.
