2004 4runner pull slightly to the left

Sorry this is a newbie question. I googled a bit and found various possible reasons but none would tell me if this is normal:

Drving straight on flat highway at normal 65 mph, if I let go the wheel, the truck will pull to the left slowly, about 1 feet every 3 or 4 seconds. Cold tire pressure is 32 psi for all except the front right which is at 31 psi.

The tire tread looks ok to my untrained eyes.

Any insight?

Thanks!

Get the alignment checked. Many alignment shops will check the alignment for free. At least they do around here.

Rule that out before digging any deeper.

Is the road flat...or like most highways...slightly crowned? Verify that first.

1 psi isn't going to make much of a difference.

As others said...get the alignment checked. Here in the north east with the thousands of pot holes I drive over...my vehicles are usually out of alignment in the spring.
