Hi. I'm new to the site and was hoping I could get a couple of answers from someone out there. I have a '04 SR5 V8 and just took the emblems off so the vehicle could get a total repaint. Upon removing them, I noticed most of the adhesive came off on the vehicle and my question isn't about getting it off the truck because it is being painted--it's about what to do with the lack of backing now on the emblems when I re-attach. Is there something that anyone recommends to fill the divots on the back before using the 3M tape to reinstall?
Also, I want to change out my interior door lights, dome light and map light to white LED's but there are so many options on ebay that I'm not sure what size/part # works for my truck. Has anyone done this and, if so, do you remember what was compatible?
