2004 Limited V8 4x4 Vibration in Steering - Not an easy solution.

Good afternoon. I've got a 2004 4runner limited v8 4x4 with 280K. I'm having some vibration in my steering wheel between 60-70mph. I've been chasing this down for almost 6 years. Before we start with tires, balance and alignments, let me tell you what I've done to the vehicle.

I've had the vibration for a long time. Probably at least the last 100K. I've thrown a ton of money at it because I truly enjoy driving this vehicle. Below is what I've changed/done to it in the last two years. .

New tires - Hankook.
Balance and Rotation 2 times.
Alignments 2 times.
New OEM upper and lower control arms.
New OEM front shocks and rear shocks.
New OEM inner and outer tie rods.
New OEM front and rear springs
New Proforged front and rear end links.
New Energy suspension front and rear sway bushings.
New OEM Cv axles and OEM differential seals.
New OEM Eengine and Tranny mounts.
New OEM front and rear rotors.
New Koyo wheel bearings in 2018.
New Akebono front and rear pads.
Amsoil oil change and filter
Amsoil front, rear and transfer case gear oil
Amsoil brake fluid.
Amsoil drive shaft grease
Amsoil transmission fluid change

What else could cause the vibration other than the actual rims are bent somehow and now coming up on the balancer. What else can you guys come up with as to why I'm having a vibration in the steering wheel? I have a few other ideas and items to possibly replace. Any help would be appreciated. I've thought about changing out the following:

Front differential mounts/brackets and stoppers.
Rear upper and lower control arms and trailing arm.

What about the rack bushings?

Are you on a stock size tire?

Having a similar issue right now and have pin pointed to maybe warped rotors or something brake related. After driving in stop and go traffic for a bit park and feel the wheels to see if any are hotter than others could give you an idea... My front passenger side is noticeably hotter than the other 3 and can hear the rotor cracking as it cools and sizzles when snow hits it.

Your front driveshaft U-Joint at the TCase. Take of the shield, chock the tires, and have someone sit in the car with the brakes on and put the truck in neutral.

Check for play in the u-joint. The dealers and lube places usually never take the shield off to lube this u-joint and it's the first one to wear out.

Hey. I haven't checked the steering rack bushings. Are they a pain in the butt to replace?

My rotors are new and so are my pads. I'm going to check the rack bushings.

Yes, I'm using stock tires.

My guess (and that's all it is) is something in front diff.

i have a similar problem related to my front diff and it only happens under load. can op confirm that the problem exists whether or not foot is on the gas pedal?
