2004 Propeller Shaft Bolt Torque & Brake Fluid Replacement

I need to do some maintenance on my 2004 4runner as i am getting near 60k miles. What torque should the propeller shaft bolt be torqued to?

Also, when should the brake fluid be replaced?

DOT3 brake fluid absorbs moisture. Most recommend replacing/flushing brake fluid every other year, if not every year.

I go every 36K with my brake fluid flush.
The darker the fluid, the worse it is.

Thanks. It seems like my fluid is still pretty clean, but I will change it when I get a chance. Any idea how much I should buy to flush the whole system?

If you buy from a place like Kragen that lets you return, I would just over buy and get a 5-6 bottles. Rather than get stuck in the middle of a flush and be short on fluid. Brake fluid is ok to keep around as long the seal has not been broken/opened. Once it's open, it's about as good as the brake fluid that's already in the 4Runner since it will absorb moisture as well.
