2004 Sport hood - anyone have experience with these and know if they're good quality?

I am talking about this specifically: 2004 Toyota 4Runner new-aftermarket-hood-panel-to1230192pp

It's $109 and an OEM replacement is around $400 so I am not sure what the quality differences are here? I was hoping to have a shop paint it to match and just install it myself.

Do you have a hood without the scoop? The insulation under the hood is pretty expensive ($200) and will bring the cost close to OEM after S.H, painting, scoop insert. If you can find one that is the same color as your truck I would just buy OEM.
