2004 T4R Alarm goes off every day same time!?

Hi all...
we just fixed a flat tire 5 days ago and after that we noticed that the low air pressure light came on even with the right air pressure in the four tires and the spare.I disconnect the battery cable so I thought it will reset the Low Pressure light off and it did went out.After that the alarm start to go off without any reason every day in the exact same time!!
Also noticed the auto driver window stop working and we can't lower the rear window with the remote control.
Please help,I searched the forum with similar issue but no luck.

You mention that you disconnected the battery ... likely the window features need to be reset.

& in case you have a sunroof, that will have to be reset also. Pretty much the same procedure.
Sorry, can't help with the alarm bit.
