2004 trd supercharger....euro tundra 4.7 to usa 4runner 4.7

Hey guys, just got a change to grab a trd supercharger off of a 2004 tundra 4.7...i have a 2004 4runner 4.7....s/c comes with all the rigging and ecm, only thing is the tundra it is coming off of is a euro model....any thoughts?

Right off the bat, the ECM, Injectors, Headers/Exhaust Manifold, and Type of gas(RON) could be something to think about but certainly nothing a tuner can't handle. BTW, Congratulations!!!! Innovate my friend!!!
