2004 V6 Seafoam question.

It's just forum etiquette to do some poking around or to revive an old thread first before starting a new one. I'm not trying to be a **** about it but I can only ignore it for so long before I had to say something.

If this guy was new to the forum I wouldnt give him such a hard time but cmon, 800 and some posts and I'm sure I good chunk of those are new threads he started with questions that have been beaten to death in the past already.

I get it that he's just a kid but after all the flak he get's on most of the threads he starts, you'd think that point would be driven home by now.

so what youre saying is... you would bash me for starting a thread asking how to use plasti-dip? is it easy? does it come off easy? anyone have any pics of what a white 4runner looks like with the grill and emblems and tires plasi-dipped? what about headlights? anyone black those out before? how do i do it? hehehehehehehe cant say i blame you one bit.

I guess I'll play devils advocate here.....while I do agree that Jack starts waaayyyy too many threads he's generally a nice dude that doesn't put anyone down here.

There's bigger things to worry about in life than a younger generation starting a sea-foam thread. Let's all have fun and talk about t!ts and beer and most of all 4runners.

You really need to start reading threads and putting a bit of effort into your inquiries, we can't all serve you information on a silver platter every time you have a question. You may be used to being catered to but I know I can't be the only one on here tired of seeing your threads and complete lack of effort.

knights, use the google search bar or just go to google and tack on a "4runner forum" at the end of your search.

this will bring up anything from t4r.org, yotatech, ih8mud etc.

im 19 and fully capable of composing myself on the interwebs. everyone has a slip up/silly post now and the but you're diluting the forum.

Last night when my friend was at my house I searched for 30 minutes and didn't have a definite answer. So we didn't do it. Then I went home and searched again. I didn't find a PICTURE, which is what I'm asking for now.

I always search first before I post.

I'm done with the gangbang but just wanted to point out that I literally copied your thread title from this thread and placed it in the search box. I found the thread asking about your V8 and at least 2 other threads in less than a minute. It actually required more time to type my only other response in this thread than it did to find your answer.

I have never used the Google Search feature here and I'm not sure how you are otherwise using the search feature but, FWIW, I have always had great luck with every forum I'm on by using the Search and/ or Advanced Search located in the tool bar near the top of every page (at least on this forum).

EDIT: I failed to mention that, in Advanced Search, a user can isolate particular sections of the forum as well which can reduce your search, at least in this instance, to the 4th Gen section only.

I always use advanced search and almost always search by thread title. It narrows the search way way down and makes it way easier to find things. Google also works really well also, t4r.org is usually one of the first few results.
