2005 4runner Camber adjusting?

I have an 05' V8 sports edition, I am wondering if the stock suspension are adjustable? Im looking to adjust the camber, its been wearing out the inner side of my tires

If both tires are wearing out on the insides, it's more likely that the toe adjustment is off and the tires are pointing slightly outward. It's not hard to adjust the toe yourself, but it takes attention to detail and careful measurements to get it right and end up with a straight steering wheel.

Easiest to take it to a shop.

I do not too many factory cars are designed for adjustable camber or caster. At least all the ones I have owned have not been able to without aftermarket bolts or arms.

Toe should be adjustable tho.

That is 100% false. The 4R can be adjusted for caster, camber, and toe.

Exactly. Unfortunately, for an '05 T4R there is a significant possibility that the caster/camber cam bolts will be frozen by now and impossible to adjust. Fairly big deal to fix that. The alignment shop will be able to tell you the situation.

However, the toe should be easy to correct - just a matter of the shop adjusting the tie rod lengths. That will likely fix your tire wear.

Caster and camber affect driveability and steering stability, but not so much tire wear unless it is way out of whack. Normally those values don't change much over the life of the vehicle unless you start modifying the suspension, or when the bushing/ball joints start wearing out.
