Does anyone have any good pictures on how to change the spark plugs? Does anyone have the part numbers? Does the computer need to be reset?

I would reset the computer. If you can wait like 2 - 3 weeks I need to change my plugs again and I can do a write up for you. It is really easy to do, it just take a little time, alot better than paying $120 at the dealer.

Ypu don't have to do it if you don't want to. But I do because it resets the ECU, and also because you don't have worn down spark plugs anymore, you should reset it because the system is still adjusting things to the old spark plugs.

The plugs are easy to change on the v6. Its pretty much self evident what to do. Unbolt the coilpack, get a long extension with a sparkplug socket and remove the old plug. Now put a little anit-sieze on the threads(don't get any on the tip). Now here is the trick I use when installing the plugs. I put the new plug in crooked in the sparkplug socket but that way I can use that socket to guide the plug down into the head(since the top of the plug is held in by the rubber boot in the socket) and start the plug on a few threads. Then I change to a regular socket and tighten down the plug. Re-install the coil pack and tighten down the bolt. Do this 5 more times and your done. You will have to pull off the stupid plastic engine cover and move a few hoses around but thats really it. You can reset the computer if you want, but i never felt a difference it just drove really smooth.

No do bother to reset the computer. It has no way of knowing (monitoring) the condition of the spark plugs.
But if you do want to reset the computer then do it the smart way

My owner's manual lists 2 different spark plugs for the 1GR-FE engine.

NGK LFR6C11
Does anyone know if you are better off to use the DENSO or NGK's? I have read a few places that DENSO's go on 1 side and NGK's go on the other... Does anyone know???

Either brand works identically fine. Use one brand or even mix 'em if you need. I got mine from the Dealer for about $2 each or order on-line for about the same. Don't try anything different with the plug recommendation until you're out of warranty on the powertrain.
You should see some excellent write ups on the procedure.

just did my plug change today. went to the dealer for the plugs. dealer only sells denso ($5.xx + tax/plug). it was pretty simple. the passenger side plugs are the easier side. just take the air filter box out of the way. drivers side is a little tighter squeeze. just have to temporarily remove some hoses.
some personal notes: i think i read somewhere that a u-joint is needed, but i didn't need one. also, make sure you have long enough extensions. i used an 18" for the sparks, and i think 7" for the coil bolts. made everything super easy.
