2005 Toyota 4Runner Key Fob

I recently just purchased an 05 4runner sr5. It came with 1 key and no key fob. Does anyone know the cheapest way to get a key fob and another key?

I figured I can probably get one off of amazon. Where can I find the FCC ID? And how can I program it?
