2006 4runner hit! By my neighbors Gf

ok to make a long story short, i was over at my ex neighbors house for a birthday party and his gf took off to drop off her mom... when she was backing up she clipped the corner of my bumper. Well the part that hurt the most was that the car was only 1 month old. Here are some pictures i took the next morning...

well 800 dolars later and it was fixed, at first his insurance appraiser wanted to just repair the bumper but after a few hours of arguing and me bitching i was able to convince him to replace it with an brand new bumper. Every time i go to my parents house now, i park my 4runner on the grass... i just dont want to take that chance ever again.

That just sucks. Glad to hear everything worked out. I know it's no consolation, but better the rear end than the front end. Just curious, how did you neighbor's GF react?

If the striking vehicle's insurance didn't replace your bumper with a new one (especially on a one-month old vehicle), I would sure insist your insurance company come to your aid and intercede on your behalf. Anything less than a new OEM part on a 1-month old vehicle would be a crime.

at first she was kinda like im sorry, but over all she didnt care.. it was kinda funny because when it happened i went completely ape S**T!!! Its my first new car and she deverginized my car.

well my neighbor was telling me that i was over reacting, but i dont think i was!

yeah my insurance company told me that if their insurance tried to rip me off they would intervene but thank god it was all solved!

Shes cute, and pregnant.. so she's not to attractive at the moment but the last time i saw him i told him that i get to ram his gf because he rammed mine
