Chasrrr's 2007 4Runner Build Thread

A little update on my sleeping platform - I ended up making a few changes to the design as I went along. A couple key pieces I wanted were the locking drawer slides that could take some weight as I plan to use the top (floating top not yet made) as a cooking surface. Then I really wanted a fridge slide as most of the one's that you can buy from ARB or Alucab are $500. The last thing I ended up finding a way to make work due to my bro rickashay pointing it out to me was to have a spot for my Puma Compressor. Stoked with where I've got it to.
Need to get some sanding done and clear coat it before I throw it in the truck for the summer. Then to install the piano hinge for the passenger side which will fold open when the rear seats are folded up. :fishing:

I like that setup dude. I’ve been considering redoing mine so that I can move my fridge to the rear and gain another seat incase I need to fit 1-2 passengers.

Thanks man. Yeah having the rear seats was key for me cause I'm finding I need my truck for more day to day use then full time camper/wheeling use. I also built it so the drawer side is 1 piece and the slide side is another piece so it's easier to take in and out of the truck if need be.

Hope you're enjoying that dope ass bike! And hopefully the boarders open up again and we can make a trip down south at some point this year! Wyoming or Montana trip?!

I think I’m convinced I’ll redo mine now. After my rear diff is rebuilt again.

Bike is almost done! I’m hoping to have pint done this weekend and then work on wire routing etc, the little things.

We 100% need to do a trip, I’d love to hang again!

Rebuilding diffs and a bike sounds like you been living in the garage! haha dope. Stoked to see the bike - been following on IG.

Yeah man. We'll keep you posted for sure - would be dope to hang again.
