Some off-roading pics of the new M-class...notice the huge wheel travel...NOT! Zero wheel travel. Damn, i think that my old Honda CRV had more wheel travel than this thing!

Unfortunately, despite MB's claims that all new MB will have quality and reliability on par with the MB's of the distant past (cars that made MB famous), here is a recall on a part that was also problematic on the previous ML.

From what i hear from a friend of mine who has a ML350, there's another recall about the automatic transmission...something about it being too easy to shift UNintentionally. Also, there's been many complaints about a grinding noise when the tranny shifts into/out of Park or Reverse.
History just repeats itself....
