Yes, fender liners forward and removed front flaps. I still get slight rubbing on the driver side when the mud flap was.

Updated: I just installed the Radlfo 2.0 Extended Travel coilovers up front with Light racing UCA's, and the Radflo 2.0 shocks and springs in the rear.

At first impression, the ride is much more stiff than xreas with the daystar kit. I'm getting some shakes and shimmey's at the moment but I hope they go away after settle. I've only had this setup for a few days, here are my initial thoughts:

In the city, this set up is too stiff and clunky...not impressed.
On the highway, the truck feels great. Firm, stout, handles wonderful.
But offroad...ok, now I get it. The fronts soak up washboard, potholes, etc much much better than the stock with xreas. So much smoother. The rear soaks up bumbs much better, but still a tad too stiff imo.

I'll get some pics up soon. I also have the Whitson Rack, mediclink end links, swaybar bushings, and new 30" led bar coming in a few weeks to wrap up this build for away...until maybe I get a front bumper haha.

hmm. don't think I have heard this complaint about the radflo 2.0 yet. Good to know though. hopefully it softens up a bit for you, or you just get used to the new stiffness.

i wonder which is more stiff, radflo or Icon stage 1.

I would say that is completely normal. In order to soak up all those high speed bumps/dips well, they have to be somewhat firm on the road...its just the nature of the beast. My Icons are the same way but I enjoy the extra firmness. To me that just means nearly zero body roll, which I love. Also, Radflos and Icons have digressive valving which, from my understanding, gradually get softer as the speed/hits increase (meaning more harsh at low speed) in contrast to Kings, which are progressively valved. I have heard some prefer their (Kings) softer, on-road ride but that's just splitting hairs IMO as it all very subjective.

I can't wait to see your Whitson rack btw, I am seriously considering one of those myself even though I said I never would.

See above. Due to them both sharing the same type of valving, they should ride similar. However, i've never owned Radflos and am currently running old Icons (DR) so I'm not 100% personally.
